Program Support Specialist

RTX is seeking a highly skilled Program Support Specialist to join our team in Everett, WA. As a key member of our Cabin Products team, you will play a critical role in driving program success from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage program schedule, reporting Earned Value (EV), planning, and data deliverables across all phases of the program.
  • Support program managers in schedule management, program deliverables, and deliver critical data for top-notch Program Management.
  • Transform program metrics and status into actionable insights to craft compelling business plans and proposals.
  • Play a crucial role in continuing improvement program management tools, data visibility, and reporting.
  • Monitor program progress and key metrics with control and reporting systems.
  • Fuel negotiations and contract adjustments with robust data and analysis.
  • Champion customer satisfaction by coordinating responses to action items and aligning with program objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date program templates, metrics, and presentation materials for insightful analysis.
Requirements:
  • Typically requires University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 2 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 8 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status).
  • MS Project experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Customer-experience experience as a project/program manager.
  • Previous engagement with operations/manufacturing engineering in the aerospace industry.
