Customer Care Specialist

Horizon Farm Credit is seeking a skilled Customer Care Specialist to provide exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service via phone and email.
  • Account Management: Process customer convenience service requests, handle general account inquiries, and promote our products and services.
  • Administrative Duties: Complete administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the association, including processing payments, completing noncash forms, and performing system maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Have a moderate to thorough knowledge of computer software applications and be a self-starter.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to prioritize work, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to a changing work environment.
