Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled Nurse to work in our outpatient dialysis center. As a Nurse, you'll be responsible for delivering care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional patient care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with our team to provide exceptional patient care and support.
  • Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient health and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification.
