About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor vital signs and record patient information accurately.
  • Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals, prioritizing patient safety.

  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and patient-centered approach.
