Job SummaryWe're looking for a skilled Nurse to work in our outpatient dialysis center. As a Nurse, you'll be responsible for delivering care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge. You'll work closely with our Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with PCTs to conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with complex medical needs
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification
