Job Summary

The Department of Public Health is seeking a highly skilled Staff Services Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Fiscal Procurement Unit, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission and strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform analytical and consultative work to support the Fiscal Procurement Unit's goals and objectives.
  • Review, monitor, and track special/federal funding, including grants and contracts/procurement for our programs.
  • Coordinate and monitor fiscal drills and inquiries, and assist in the coordination, review, and tracking of fiscal packages related to Budget Change Concepts and Proposals (BCCs and BCPs)/Finance Letters.
  • Assist in the development and coordination of fiscal-related training and resources, and coordinate budget/accounting issues.
  • Act as liaison between our department and the Administrative Branches/Divisions, and provide fiscal-related recommendations to our executive leadership and Branch/Office Chiefs.
