Job Overview:
The California Conservation Corps is seeking a dedicated Staff Services Analyst (SSA) to enhance our Communications Outreach Recruitment and Enrollment (CORE) Unit. This role is pivotal in guiding young adults through the enrollment journey, making a significant impact on their lives.

The SSA Recruiter will utilize the CoRe (Corpsmember Recruitment Salesforce system) CRM to monitor interactions with CCC Corpsmember applicants. This includes analyzing recruitment metrics to ensure timely and effective engagement throughout the enrollment process.

Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent public speaking skills, and a passion for working with youth. This dynamic position offers a variety of responsibilities and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the development of young adults.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential Corpsmembers and guide them through the recruitment process.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track applicant interactions and recruitment progress.
  • Analyze recruitment data to improve engagement strategies.
  • Deliver presentations and outreach initiatives to attract diverse candidates.
