Job Title: Field Sales Representative

TTI, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in Austin, TX. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling company products and services to assigned customers in their territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create new opportunities by generating and pursuing business leads, calling on customers, attending trade shows, and building relationships with representatives.
  • Attend quarterly business reviews (QBR) with suppliers to understand the business outlook and opportunities.
  • Work with local and regional suppliers to create a partnership that will position the company as the primary distributor of choice. Attend suppliers' training to pass along product knowledge to the customer.
  • Attend and conduct client product training.
  • Follow through on every level of the sales cycle for key customers by keeping in touch with the customer, inside sales, manufacturers, and quotes. Ensure that everything is complete, timely, and meeting customer expectations.
  • Answer and resolve all key customer technical questions, issues, and complaints in a timely manner to provide the highest level of service available.
  • Maintain market awareness on competitor activities, industry trends, and new concepts to identify potential opportunities for company growth.
Requirements:
  • Requires a HS Diploma or GED; Business-related degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One to two years of demonstrated successful performance in a Field Sales Representative role preferred.
