About the Role

First Staff Services is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to oversee all aspects of payroll administration, including full-cycle payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. They will also be responsible for providing support to employees with payroll and benefits-related questions, as well as coordinating and administering the company's transit program.

This role involves working closely with the Finance team to provide support with financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience.
