We are seeking a talented Automotive Assistant Store Manager to join our team and contribute to our customer-driven focus on building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to Jiffy Lube guests, build trust and rapport with customers, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead teammates through coaching and training, and assist with performing Jiffy Lube's Signature Service and routine maintenance.
  • Store Operations: Manage store inventory and operations, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue, and develop strategies to achieve business goals.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a dealership, automotive shop, tire center, or quick lube
