Responsibilities:

  • Event Setup and Breakdown: Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet functions, including arranging tables, chairs, and other equipment.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Assist with serving food and beverages during banquet functions, ensuring that guests receive excellent service.
  • Event Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized event space, including restocking supplies and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with event planners, chefs, and other team members to ensure that all aspects of the event are executed smoothly.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise during events, ensuring that guests have a positive experience.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or banquet service environment preferred.
  • Skill: Ability to work an entire shift standing and walking.
