About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analytics Manager to join our team at Zillow Group. As a key member of our Strategy and Analytics team, you will play a critical role in guiding the formation and execution of our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, build, and support models, tools, and dashboards to test and pilot new revenue and business strategies for the New Construction business.
  • Manage reporting and analysis to business leaders for one product category.
  • Partner closely with peers from Strategy, Product Management, and Sales to scale ideas from concept to production.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and novel insights.
  • Leverage tools such as Salesforce, Domo, and Tableau to tell compelling data-driven stories to a wide variety of audiences.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Analytics and Operations or equivalent relevant experience at a fast-growing technology company.
  • Solid understanding of B2B2C marketplaces and the pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
  • Very strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and SQL skills.
  • Experience with R or Python for statistical analysis and data visualization.
  • Working familiarity with digital advertising and A/B testing in B2B marketplaces.
