Position Overview
Inizio Engage is collaborating with a pioneering biopharmaceutical organization in the field of endocrinology and rare diseases to facilitate Medical Affairs operations.

Role Responsibilities
As a field-based medical professional, the Clinical Liaison plays a crucial role in supporting the client's product portfolio and therapeutic areas. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and nurturing scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in endocrinology and rare diseases.
  • Providing scientific expertise for pre-launch activities, including medical congresses and educational events.
  • Gathering and communicating medical insights to enhance research and development initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities for generating medical evidence and supporting educational programs.
  • Delivering balanced medical-scientific information to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A terminal degree (Pharm.D., Ph.D., M.D., or D.O.) is preferred, with relevant experience considered.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, particularly in MSL roles.
  • Experience in endocrinology and rare diseases, including KOL engagement and clinical trials.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • A willingness to travel frequently.
