Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol the interior and exterior of the hotel to identify potential safety risks and security threats.
  • Respond to emergency situations, such as fires, medical emergencies, and suspicious activity.
  • Conduct regular checks of the hotel's security systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent and respond to security incidents.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a security or law enforcement role.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
