Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bell Clerk to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a Bell Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring the safety and security of our guests and their vehicles, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our parking areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review shift logs and daily memo books to document pertinent information and relay messages accurately and completely.
  • Dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed to ensure prompt and efficient service.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors, and maintain the security of vehicles and vehicle keys.
  • Monitor and maintain the safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas and report any hazards or concerns to the manager or supervisor.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns, and follow up with guests to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
