Role Responsibilities

The Business Analyst at Affinity Group will play a crucial role in delivering analytical support for business planning and enhancement. This includes developing KPIs, creating client scorecards, and maintaining tracking systems and tools for both the Affinity Group team and our clients.

Key Duties Include:

  • Assist the National sales team by gathering and analyzing market information
  • Evaluate and track business performance for Clients, Customers, Brands, and Products
  • Provide volume data for Customer presentations (business reviews)
  • Oversee Distributor's monthly volume reports and collaborate with the team
  • Support the preparation and updating of sales tools, KPIs, and scorecards
  • Encourage a collaborative environment through effective cross-functional communication
  • Assist in marketing initiatives
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for sales teams to deliver to clients
This position may be a fit for you if you possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and computer proficiency
  • Advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables)
  • Proficiency in Power BI and PowerPoint (essential)
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to uncover opportunities, provide sales insights, and make predictive recommendations
  • Strategic problem-solving skills: Proactively identify issues while offering solutions with a positive mindset
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks across various stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software systems
  • A positive, professional demeanor
  • Strong integrity and reliability (time and attendance)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
