About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a General Clerk at Dash's Market. As a General Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our sales team in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets, providing assistance with stock management, and maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the store
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 15-20 pounds on a regular basis and stand for long periods
