SCA Technical Training Specialist

Training Schedule: In-person training will commence with regular hours.
Regular Schedule: Standard workdays are Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Expect regular overtime as project demands evolve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and direct team members to enhance job knowledge through comprehensive training across various functions, while developing training materials and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with management to assess technical training requirements.
- Create, author, and present detailed job instructions and procedural documentation across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with operational teams.
- Lead technical training sessions for new employees and provide refresher courses for existing staff.
- Evaluate current procedures and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Design and produce training resources, assessment methods, multimedia aids, and other educational materials.
- Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback; conduct regular feedback sessions.
- Perform periodic training needs assessments; identify requirements for refresher training and develop schedules for delivery.
- Contribute to the creation of new training programs related to new roles, services, and skills.
- Work with external quality teams to review error logs, prepare responses, and determine necessary follow-up actions.
- Adapt to a dynamic environment by promoting and embracing change.
- Travel to various facilities as necessary to conduct training sessions.
- Assist in managing workflow queues to optimize productivity.
- Maintain communication with leadership regarding upcoming training sessions and process updates.
- Respond to inquiries regarding process-related questions.
- Engage with external clients weekly to discuss quality updates and error logs.
- Utilize survey tools for training assessments and feedback.
- Generate quality reports as needed and communicate findings to leadership teams, analyzing trends to identify training focus areas.
- Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions, and be prepared to work overtime with minimal notice, while fulfilling other duties as required.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Associate degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Pass background checks and security clearances.
- Experience in evaluating developmental and learning progress.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Technical aptitude for understanding and delivering instructions.
- Ability to interpret safety regulations, operational instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Capable of drafting routine reports and correspondence, and effectively presenting to groups.
- Ability to apply common sense to follow instructions in various formats and address problems involving multiple variables.
