As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating all functions in the unit/department during your designated shift.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.
- Collaborate with other members of the management team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Serve as a resource person for staff and model a commitment to the organization's vision, mission, and values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes.
- 1 year of experience in Emergency Nursing required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date).
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification is required.
