Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Records Management Specialist to join our team at TechGuard Security. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our records management program, ensuring compliance with DOD regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct technical editing of reports and briefs to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Provide end-user support and perform complex administrative duties to ensure efficient program operation
  • Coordinate and plan significant events, including obtaining space and necessary materials and equipment
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of read-ahead materials and briefings for various audiences
  • Administer and manage manpower, personnel, and staffing programs
  • Draft, review, and edit executive-level correspondence and other written materials
  • Assist with command awards and decorations program, ensuring compliance with Command standards
  • Assist with command travel management program
  • Track formal USCYBERCOM task items and reports status
  • Prepare staff task responses for final review and submission to leadership and USCYBERCOM
  • Develop and deliver records management briefings to inform Command personnel on record management policies and procedures
  • Initiate action to accomplish analytical and administrative duties involved in the development, implementation, and administration of the Command's records management program
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Records Management Specialist
  • Minimum of High School Diploma
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, excellent communications skills
Desired Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and various database software packages
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, manage, and carry out duties efficiently and within established timeframes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently without supervision and in a collaborative group
  • Working knowledge of administering an electronic document management system in SharePoint
Clearance Requirements

TS/SCI with CI Poly level security clearance required
