As a Dining Room Service Provider at Sunrise Senior Living, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents. Our Dining Room Care Managers are responsible for delivering high-quality dining and table services in our community's dining rooms and designated areas, adhering to Sunrise Senior Living standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving as a Role Model in providing exceptional dining service to our residents
- Assisting with training team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintaining proper dining room setup to ensure an inviting atmosphere
- Assisting in special events to enhance the dining experience
- Monitoring checklists to ensure dining area cleanliness and readiness
- Handling food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma preferred / GED accepted
- Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
