Job Summary:

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) provides high-quality primary care to patients under the supervision of a Supervising Physician in the clinic, adhering to established standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Collaborate with the Supervising Physician and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in primary care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and clinic efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Maine.
  • Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • At least three years of experience in a physician's office setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
