Night Auditor

White Barn Inn seeks a detail-oriented Night Auditor to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records during overnight hours. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting end-of-day financial audits, verifying transactions, and maintaining precise financial records.

• Conduct thorough financial audits, including reconciliations and accuracy checks.
• Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate room charges and guest information.
• Generate and distribute daily reports on financial transactions, room occupancy, and other relevant data for management review.
• Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor security and safety systems, addressing any concerns and reporting incidents to the appropriate personnel.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Night Auditor or similar role.
• Experience in a luxury hospitality setting is preferred.
