Job Overview

GDI Services Inc US is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our commercial office buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within the allotted time frame
  • Refill dispensers, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and hand sanitizer
  • Clean restrooms and break-rooms
  • Dust and polish surfaces
  • Remove trash and recyclables
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Perform other cleaning tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • 1 year of experience in commercial cleaning
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a federal background check
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
