Job Summary

The Technical Program Manager - Global Constituent Management is responsible for leading the planning, development, and implementation of systems and initiatives that manage our constituent relationships, including donors, corporate partners, government officials, influencers, and state and national Program staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead CRM Systems and Initiatives: Develop and implement CRM systems and initiatives that support the organization's constituent management goals.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of CRM projects and programs.
  • Project Management: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and vendor budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of CRM projects.
  • Vendor Management: Identify, contract, and manage implementation vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on non-profit development and fundraising, strategic relationship management, and/or global government relations.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Certification: PMP or other project management certification.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Relevant education in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Systems, or related field.
  • CRM Experience: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Global Non-Profit Experience: Experience in a similar role in a global federated non-profit.
