Job Summary

Craig Bradford Associates is seeking a skilled Employee Benefits Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Employee Benefits Account Management team, you will play a critical role in executing strategic deliverables for our brokers/clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the account management team to provide exceptional client service and support renewal efforts
  • Utilize database tools to create regular reports and analyze data as requested
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to carriers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain organized filing and documentation processes
  • Develop and implement effective CRM workflows, including document management
  • Foster open communication among team members, sharing information and seeking clarity as needed
  • Participate in department meetings to stay informed on sales and service activities
  • Perform additional duties and projects as required
  • Escalate issues to relevant resources for resolution
  • Oversee the maintenance of current and historical plans, process maps, rates, plan documents, and other client information in Salesforce
  • Complete scheduled reporting tasks (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually)
  • Identify, assess, resolve, and/or escalate issues, concerns, or challenges as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years' experience in a consulting, brokerage, or insurance company environment
  • PA Life, Accident & Health Insurance license (or ability to acquire within 90 days)
  • Self-Funded benefits experience preferred

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
