Recruitment Systems Analyst

At Universal Health Services (UHS), we are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Systems Analyst to join our Corporate Human Resources Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and training to our HR and recruitment technology systems, as well as identifying areas for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer support, training, and education of HR and recruitment technology and recruitment process improvement.
  • Partner with Corporate HR Operations to identify areas for recruitment improvement.
  • Assist in the management of vendor relationships.
  • Maintain organization of and access to all Recruitment operations documentation.

Requirements:

  • 2 Years of Technical School or Associates Degree - Required.
  • 3-5 Years Experience working within an HR Systems or Recruitment Systems Operations required.
  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years HR Systems experience preferred.
  • Recruitment Systems and or HRIS/ERP - HCM workflow knowledge required. Specific knowledge of developing jobs preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Well-organized, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in addition to HRIS experience, with Infor Lawson, Workday, or other similar HR/Recruitment systems.
  • Experience with iCIMS ATS - and iCIMS suite products, Workday HCM, ERP huge plus.
