We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Elite Staffing Network in King of Prussia, PA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select and administer assessments for learners, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and Functional Analysis
  • Develop reports, including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, and discharge summaries
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions
  • Develop individualized programming based on client needs and caregiver requirements
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders in a multidisciplinary team setting
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB
  • Ability to work with integrity and adhere to BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies
