Job Title: Emergency Medical Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team at Team Mobile Health Care. As an EMT, you will play a critical role in providing emergency medical care to patients in need.

Job Summary:

The EMT will be responsible for responding to emergency calls, providing medical care and transportation to patients, and working collaboratively with other emergency medical services (EMS) personnel. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide medical care and transportation to patients
  • Work collaboratively with other EMS personnel to provide emergency medical care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and protocols
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Current registration as an AEMT by the State of Tennessee, Department of Public Health Office of Emergency Medical Services
  • Current certification in CPR - Basic Life Support by the American Heart Association or American Safety and Health Institute
  • Current Motor Vehicle Operator's license with F endorsement
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, using good judgment and common sense
  • Ability to work efficiently and interact in a constructive and professional manner with other employees, patients, and the public
Working Conditions:

The EMT will work in a fast-paced emergency medical services environment, responding to emergency calls and providing medical care and transportation to patients. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a dynamic and unpredictable environment, and be able to lift and maneuver 150 pounds with assistance.
