We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Ace Hardware. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers and employees. You will thrive in a fun and challenging environment, working together with Ace to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize customers' needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Stay up-to-date on all promotions and advertisements to inform customers.
  • Execute daily operational goals and priorities assigned by store management.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of products and their uses.
  • Merchandise skills and abilities.
  • Participate in processing new shipments and maintain a clean and organized receiving and back room area.
  • Familiarity with DIY projects, electrical, plumbing, tools, paint, and hardware is a plus.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent or currently in school.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Bilingual a plus.
