Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our West Coast Field Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects and phases of a project from conceptual design to final completion, in support of RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage project risks and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial project management.
  • 6+ years' experience as a Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, etc.) required.
  • Specific software literacy (Primavera, Viewpoint, BIM, Revit) preferred.
  • CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications required.
  • LEED GA Credential or AP/AP+ preferred.
