Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership and Guidance: Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and Salesforce platform standards.
  • Business Partner Collaboration: Work closely with business partners in Solaris and other applications to understand their requirements, provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities, and ensure alignment with their goals.
  • Hands-on Work and Training: Take a hands-on approach to Salesforce CRMA implementation, actively participating in system configuration, customization, and development tasks.
Requirements
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics.
  • Extensive expertise in SFDC Identity and Security, SFDC Development and Customization, Salesforce Experience Cloud, SFDC Sharing and Visibility, Salesforce DevOps, SFDC Data, SFDC Lightning, and SFDC Integration.
  • Experience in Medicare and Medicaid Claims is a plus.
