- Solution Design and Implementation: Utilize expertise in Salesforce CRMA and US Healthcare to design and implement tailored solutions/dashboards that meet the unique needs of our organization.
- Technical Leadership and Guidance: Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and Salesforce platform standards.
- Business Partner Collaboration: Work closely with business partners in Solaris and other applications to understand their requirements, provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities, and ensure alignment with their goals.
- Hands-on Work and Training: Take a hands-on approach to Salesforce CRMA implementation, actively participating in system configuration, customization, and development tasks.
- At least 10-12 years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics.
- Extensive expertise in SFDC Identity and Security, SFDC Development and Customization, Salesforce Experience Cloud, SFDC Sharing and Visibility, Salesforce DevOps, SFDC Data, SFDC Lightning, and SFDC Integration.
- Experience in Medicare and Medicaid Claims is a plus.
