About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Software Engineer to join our team at Travelers. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using Salesforce technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions using Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Aura, and LWC.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and recommend technical solutions and alternatives related to the Salesforce platform implementation.
  • Develop and deploy custom integration solutions using APIs and API management systems.
  • Ensure the availability of the Salesforce platform and provide on-call support to resolve application issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Three years of programming/development experience as a Salesforce developer (APEX, Aura, LWC) preferred.
  • Experience in Agile delivery model.
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM integration, developing and deploying custom integration solutions using APIs and API management systems.
  • Certifications such as Certified Administrator, Certified Platform App Builder, Certified Platform Developer I, Certified Platform Developer II are strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with distributed cross-functional/cross-organizational stakeholders.
  • Experience in application of test design strategies and techniques, knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Copado and other tools.
  • Experience working with CI/CD processes incorporating test automation.
  • Experience with CA Agile Manager (Rally), Jira or similar ALM tools.
  • Working knowledge of automated deployment / DevOps tools and technologies like Copado.
  • Working knowledge of source control management tools such as Git.
