A premier private hotel and conference facility, exclusively for professional clientele.

Currently featuring 800 hotel rooms, all single occupancy, with plans for expansion to 1400 rooms.

Position Overview:
The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive operations of the hotel.

This role includes supervising all Rooms, Event Management, and Food & Beverage divisions, ensuring that operational standards are upheld to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The Operations Executive collaborates closely with the General Manager to devise and implement strategies aimed at enhancing guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, financial performance, and innovative sustainability practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure service and product standards align with the expectations of the property owner.
  • Formulate decisions and policies for the Food & Beverage, Rooms, and Event Management divisions.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to elevate guest quality and service.
  • Analyze guest satisfaction feedback and scores, addressing comments and concerns.
  • Maintain effective staffing and cost management practices.
  • Establish and manage realistic operating and capital budgets, comparing actual results with projections to ensure profitability.
  • Oversee vendor relationships for fitness and health services, as well as other on-site vendors.
  • Engage in community affairs to enhance local familiarity.
  • Support any owner initiatives as a resource and project leader.
  • Lead sustainability and innovation efforts to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:

Minimum of two years' experience as a General Manager in a full-service hotel or as a division head in Food & Beverage, Rooms, or Event Management within a large conference center hotel.

Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with Microsoft Teams and OneNote is preferred.

Familiarity with large conference center operations is advantageous.
