Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.

- In-depth knowledge of US employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in leading large-scale organizational change and transformation efforts.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- SHRM certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP or SPHR) is preferred.
