The individual in this position will cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in both IT and business sectors by gaining a comprehensive understanding of operational requirements, serving as a reliable advisor, and ensuring the efficient delivery of IT services tailored to those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a strategic framework for technology and automation support across various manufacturing and quality assurance systems, consistently aligning with customer expectations.
  • Oversee the development and management of departmental structure, budget, and capital needs to facilitate divisional initiatives.
  • Evaluate the design and configuration of the Operational Technology landscape to ensure it meets industry best practices and organizational requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee that OT systems are seamlessly integrated and secured within the broader business processes.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with external vendors for system evaluations and remediation strategies that mitigate security risks while fulfilling business objectives. Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  • Lead the development and execution of cybersecurity evaluations involving both internal and external parties, implementing strategies to address identified vulnerabilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in information security, particularly in establishing OT security protocols and guidelines (preferably with knowledge of NIST CSF).
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Possession of certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
  • Proficiency in process control systems, networking (including topologies and infrastructure), and systems integration within a manufacturing context (preferably in the food and beverage sector).
  • Experience in developing and managing budgets, timelines, and resources for Operational Technology projects.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and Cisco standards (including SCADA, HMI, PLCs, CPWe, CCIE, CCNP).
  • Understanding of industrial control systems security standards (such as NIST SP 800-82, ISA99, ISA/IEC 62443, IEC 61511).
