Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Assistant to join our team at Sadler Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, showing properties to prospective tenants, and performing general office duties.Responsibilities
  • Provide general customer service, including answering phone calls and emails, and responding to tenant inquiries.
  • Show properties to prospective tenants, utilizing your own vehicle as needed.
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and processing mail.
  • Process property bills and generate tenant utility bills.
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inspect properties, create punch lists, and ensure units are ready for occupancy.
  • Work with software on mobile devices and computers to manage property operations.
  • Multitask, work independently, and prioritize tasks with attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants, colleagues, and management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Availability
  • Must be available to start work immediately.
  • Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week.
  • Must be willing to work Fridays and be available for on-call duties as needed.
