Job Overview

Apartment Maintenance Technician

Are you skilled in construction or renovation? Do you have a knack for maintenance tasks? We invite you to explore an opportunity that aligns with your expertise.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen attention to detail and the capacity to follow instructions effectively. You will be responsible for addressing various service requests (excluding HVAC tasks).

We are in search of individuals with experience in the Apartment Industry as Maintenance Technicians, particularly those familiar with managing service tickets. Many of our Maintenance Engineers have transitioned from the hospitality sector and found success within our team. If you possess your own tools, have reliable transportation, and are confident in handling service requests while ensuring tenant satisfaction, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Benefits include medical and dental coverage, along with weekly pay. We offer both Temporary and Temp-to-Perm positions and are prepared to onboard you promptly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve common apartment service requests
  • Light plumbing and electrical skills are preferred
  • Change and repair light fixtures and locks
  • Install and repair household appliances
  • Perform interior and exterior painting, caulking, and minor drywall repairs
  • Conduct pressure washing, groundskeeping, and leaf blowing in common areas

Qualifications

  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Strong work ethic with a focus on reliability
  • Willingness to assist with community projects as needed
  • Enjoy working collaboratively and taking direction
  • Possess a basic set of hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches)
  • Experience with power tools is a plus
  • Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
  • Maintain a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor with colleagues and residents
