We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at ConAm Management Corporation. As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our affordable housing communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our affordable housing communities, including leasing, resident services, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to improve operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our property management team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in affordable housing or property management.
  • Proven track record of success in business operations or management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
