Key Responsibilities:
  • General Office Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, answering phone calls and emails, and processing mail.
  • Property Management: Assist with the management of our residential properties, including showing apartments to prospective tenants, investigating and resolving tenant complaints, and inspecting properties to identify areas for improvement.
  • Financial Management: Process property bills, generate tenant utility bills, and perform other financial tasks as required.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with tenants, property owners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless property management operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, real estate) preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in property management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to multitask and work independently; proficiency in software applications (e.g., property management software, Microsoft Office).
  • Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required; background check and proof of auto insurance required.
Benefits:
