Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Damianos Realty Group LLC. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office buildings and providing exceptional customer service to our tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of building systems and equipment
  • Respond to tenant service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless building operations
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal building performance
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other team members
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Requirements
  • Valid New York State Driver's license
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a building superintendent or maintenance technician
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds and work at heights
  • Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
