At WSFS Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Associate to join our team. As a Financial Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and administrative support to our Wealth Clients, Advisors, and Vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including preparation of account opening and closing forms, asset gathering, and transferring money.
  • Master the account opening process for all account types and prepare account opening paperwork efficiently.
  • Track account funding to completion and ensure accuracy of asset information.
  • Provide client servicing support to Wealth Director, Head of Retirement Services, and Investment Advisors.
  • Coordinate client meetings and assist in meeting preparation.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for high net worth clients and build relationships through exceptional client service support.
  • Proactively anticipate team needs and help stay ahead of compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate client data on Salesforce, custodial platforms, and portfolio management systems.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; 4-year college degree in business administration, finance, or a related major highly preferred.
  • General knowledge of custodian platforms and investment principles, securities processing, and clearing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative client service required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with custodian platforms and/or investment systems preferred.
