About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Analyst to join our team at OneMain Financial. As an Associate Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and customer outcomes by applying strategic and analytical skills to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive business growth and customer outcomes.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and implement creative solutions to improve decision making, customer experience, and shareholder returns.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Current Masters or Bachelor's degree student with an expected graduation date between Winter 2024 and Spring 2025 in a technical discipline (examples: Business, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Biostatistics, Physics, Economics, Operations Research, Data Analysis, Computer Science).
  • Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics and concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Innovative and capable of developing creative solutions to complex, data-driven problems.
  • Proven experience working with teams of diverse individuals to deliver complex projects.

  • Strong analytic, strategic thinking, communications, and leadership skills.
  • Curiosity, creative problem solving, integrative business thinking, teamwork, and bias for action.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and tackling real-world challenges.
