About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Support Specialist to join our team at Brockton Area Multi-Servi. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities in their daily lives.

About the Role:

  • Provide support and guidance to individuals in developing meaningful relationships within their community.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care tasks, cooking, cleaning, and household management.
  • Empower individuals to make informed decisions and advocate for themselves.
  • Support individuals in accessing community resources, such as transportation, education, and employment opportunities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant certification a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 25-75 pounds.
