Position Overview:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Permanent Construction Inspector to oversee telecommunications, broadband, and fiber construction projects. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all projects adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise in OSP, ISP, fiber construction, Aerial OSP engineering, Buried OSP engineering, Telecom Construction, broadband construction, FTTX, and FTTP will be vital for the successful execution of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed inspections of all telecommunications and fiber construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
  • Document inspection results, highlighting any discrepancies and suggesting corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors regarding project specifications and timelines.
  • Analyze and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and report on any potential delays or challenges.
  • Stay informed about industry standards, trends, and best practices.


Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in OSP, ISP, fiber construction, Aerial OSP engineering, Buried OSP engineering, Telecom Construction, broadband construction, FTTX, FTTP, or Construction Inspection.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
  • Strong understanding of construction inspection protocols and safety standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify potential issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively within a diverse team.
  • Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
