Position Overview:

If you have a passion for telecommunications and possess a meticulous attention to detail, this role may be ideal for you. We are looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated Permanent Construction Inspector in the Engineering sector. This position focuses on the inspection and verification of telecommunication, broadband, and fiber construction projects, ensuring adherence to the highest quality and safety standards. Your expertise in OSP, ISP, fiber construction, Aerial OSP engineering, Buried OSP engineering, Telecom Construction, broadband construction, FTTX, and FTTP will be vital for the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed inspections of all telecommunication, broadband, and fiber construction initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations during construction activities.
  • Document inspection results, identifying any discrepancies or violations and suggesting corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors regarding project specifications and timelines.
  • Analyze and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and report on any potential delays or challenges.
  • Stay informed about industry standards, trends, and best practices.


Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in OSP, ISP, fiber construction, Aerial OSP engineering, Buried OSP engineering, Telecom Construction, broadband construction, FTTX, FTTP, or Construction Inspection.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Strong understanding of construction inspection protocols and safety standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to identify potential issues or discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively within a diverse team.
  • Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
