Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, memoranda, and other documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Actively manage attorney/paralegal billable time, inputting into our system and processing monthly billing.
  • Keep current with expense reporting and process check requests.
  • Initiate conflict processes, draft engagement letters, and submit intake documentation for processing.
  • Provide exceptional client service, communicating professionally with internal and external clients, answering phones, and greeting clients.
  • Work collaboratively with our team and section mates to achieve common goals.
  • Coordinate all administrative details on attorney projects, including workflow between clients, timekeepers, production, and night assistance.
  • Proactively participate in training opportunities to advance your skills and efficiency in our firm software.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a busy law firm or professional services setting.
  • Strong experience working efficiently in a deadline-driven environment, technologically savvy, and able to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Proactive, able to prioritize competing demands, and build successful working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
