Job Title: Preventative Maintenance Sales

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Preventative Maintenance Sales professional to join our team at gpac. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success in the HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping industry.
  • Utilize exceptional sales skills to drive territory development and achieve sales targets.
  • Demonstrate expertise in product and technical knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Manage workflow and prioritize tasks for efficient time management.
  • Support customers with designs and rebates using software and web commerce knowledge.
Essential Skills:
  • High School diploma or equivalent; postsecondary degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • 2+ years of college/technical school or 35 years field or office experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping.
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of successful territory development.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail and strong followthrough.
  • General knowledge of software and web commerce.
  • Excellent time management skills.
