KIPP North Carolina Public Schools is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Services Coordinator to join our team. As a Social Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing crucial support services to students, working closely with teachers, community partners, and families to ensure individual and group counseling needs are met.
About the RoleOur ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and current North Carolina licensure (or ability to gain reciprocity) in social work at the Master's level. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and planning skills. Experience collaborating with team members and providing constructive feedback is also essential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide group and individual therapy, classroom support, and assess student response to interventions
- Develop and manage student behavior intervention plans, monitor progress, and provide support and consultation to teachers
- Collaborate with school leaders, teachers, and student support team members to offer prevention and intervention strategies
We offer a competitive salary of $**,550** per year, paid semi-monthly, plus a $2,000 salary supplement. Our comprehensive benefits package includes healthcare (medical, vision, and dental) at no cost to individuals and deep discounts for dependents.
