Role Overview:
The Account Executive plays a vital role in assisting Benefits Consultants with daily operations, ensuring exceptional client service and thorough analysis of benefit plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate various tasks associated with client benefit plans and renewals
- Develop presentations and convey benefit information clearly
- Support clients with escalated inquiries and claims
- Evaluate and analyze benefit plans, providing suitable recommendations
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulations to offer knowledgeable guidance to clients
- Maintain accurate client records and facilitate smooth transitions during carrier changes
- Serve as a mentor for junior team members, aiding in their professional development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Understanding of employee benefit plans and insurance products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in benefits, finance, or human resources
- Georgia Life and Health license
